School staff members who participate in the free ACT workshops will be asked to complete a brief survey after each workshop. Staff will also complete an annual spring survey for four years and will be compensated $10 per survey. We will also survey students in grades 6-8 once each year. Finally, we will conduct observations in a sample of classrooms and school common areas over the four year project period.
